Central Real Estate Ltd was founded in 2007 by it’s present managing director James Busuttil who at the time had already accumulated eleven years of real estate experience. Slowly but surely a successful team of associates was recruited and trained in the RE/MAX Central Birkirkara branch. Many of these agents are today either managing a branch or leading a successful team within the company.
During 2010 the company went ahead with setting up of the ground breaking ‘Exclusive Listing Added Value Package’ which eventually became a standard for the entire region RE/MAX Malta. The implementation of such a vast marketing package created the necessity of investing in an in-house marketing team and an interior designer/home-stager.
With this investment in support staff and the necessary equipment, by 2011 the need was felt to acquire an administration office to house the marketing and accounts departments. Once an adjoining property became available these departments moved into their newly refurbished offices.
During this time the company had identified the sheer power of social media as a marketing tool and could already boast of thousand upon thousand of facebook fans. This enabled the associated agents to offer hot properties for sale with an instant response, bypassing the delay other agents face whilst waiting for booking of adverts in newspapers. Furthermore agents were able to deliver adverts with entire photo albums making newspaper advertising obsolete.
Social media also opened the doors for the delivery of video presentations that when coupled with our partnership with ConceptsCarabez an interior design and home-staging firm gave our agents unbeatable marketing tools.
With so much business and a consistent over supply of buyer and seller leads it became clear that it was time to invest in a second branch and in 2012, RE/MAX Central Attard became a reality.
