OTHER INTERNET SOURCES – AMENDMENT TO POLICY
Section10. (now changed to read) MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
It is understood that this tool is a very important pillar of our business. As such it is also something that needs to be well structured to cater for the various franchises, different offices as well as at the individual level of the Sales and Letting Associates. The aim of this section is therefore to outline the guidelines which will ensure that the brand is well promoted and represented and that a level playing field is maintained throughout the whole group.
Marketing/Promotional Material: It is also being clearly stated here that whenever the term ‘Marketing/Promotional Material’ is used in reference to the RE/MAX brand name, it will be including, but not limited to, the following by default: Any branding material, merchandising material, marketing material, including Public Relations articles, written/voice/video advertising/messaging and any other promotional material used wherever there is any reference, direct or indirect, to the RE/MAX brand.
As from the 23rd of July, 2018, and with immediate effect, any Marketing/Promotional Material, with the exception of already pre-approved material, will from now on need to be approved by the relevant department/assigned person at Head Office of RE/MAX Malta.
The procedure to follow will be that all marketing/promotional material is to be transmitted to Head Office not later than 48hrs to copy date/publishing (in case of online) deadline at which point same Head Office will undertake to review within this same period of time. In instances where Head Office feels there is the need to request amendments to this material then every party will do their utmost to focus time and energy to work within the required deadlines.
